After having the breakfast, climb up to the UNESCO World Heritage Site the Sigiriya rock fortress this morning (Duration: 3 Hours). This ancient rock fortress is the most remarkable royal capital and palace in Sri Lanka from the 3rd century BC. This rock outcrop of Sigiriya is with Amazing water gardens, Paintings, Damsels, Mirror walls, and Caves.

Continue your journey to Kandy with en-route stops.

The original buddha story claims that this is the footprint of Buddha himself and it’s at the summit.

The hike up to Adam’s Peak is traditionally made by night and it allows you to reach to the top for dawn and to see the sunrise.

Kithulgala is a town located in the west of the road Kandy to Nuwara Eliya. Kithulgala’s main attraction is white water rafting where you can find rapids of the Kelani river starts from Adam’s Peak.
