1. 8.00 AM – 10.00 AM: Transportation
After breakfast scenic drive from Kandy (500 M above sea level) to the Kithulgala (850 M above sea level) by passing lush tea gardens & Tea Factories to start the trekking tour with your Expert Guide & Helper.
- En route you will have a tea break with snacks before going to the rafting point
2. 10.00 AM – 2.00 PM: White Water Rafting & Canyoning Adventure
3. 2.00 PM – 4.00 PM: Picnic Lunch Return from Kithulgala & Drive Back.

Kithulgala
It is the best site in Sri Lanka for white water rafting. Kithulgala’s main claim to fame is that it was here that David Lean filmed his 1957 Oscar-winning epic ‘Bridge on the River Kwai’. Still you can see some monuments of that past bridge when you do the rafting tour. The scenery is spectacular, forest-covered hills, deep gorges plunging down to the Kelani River which is flowing down from Adam’s Peak.Canyoning adventure
